The Business, Arts & Recreation Center, Inc. is an organization that provides endless opportunities for local area residents and business owners. BARC is committed to promoting and enhancing the business, arts and recreational communities of southern Minnesota for the benefit of everyone. As a member of BARC, you are joining the effort to revitalize downtown Windom. You play a very important part in the effort to save and utilize a beautiful and historic building that has been a landmark within the community for many years. Additional benefits of membership include the eligibility to vote for members of the Board of Directors at the annual July meeting as well as the opportunity to become a board member. You will receive periodic updates on planned events and information regarding the future progress of BARC (including this newsletter). You will have the opportunity to purchase tickets in advance of sales to the public for BARC-sponsored events. Membership fees are tax-deductible. Memberships are accepted and renewed throughout the calendar year. The month and year that your membership is due for renewal is listed after your name on the mailing label of this newsletter.
